FOR ADULTS
God loves you and wants to have a relationship with you.
John 3:16 – For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
You will never satisfy God’s perfect standards.
Romans 3:23 – for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Jesus did something you could never do: He died for your sins.
Romans 5:8 – But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
The only way to God is through Jesus.
John 14:6 – Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Jesus is knocking at the door of your heart.
Revelation 3:20 – Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
You need to personally receive Jesus Christ into your life.
Romans 10:9 – If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
What to pray: Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and I need Your forgiveness. I believe that You died for my sins. I want to turn from my sins. I now invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as Lord and Savior. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Believe – You must believe that Jesus Christ died on the Cross for you and that He came back to life.
I Peter 3:18 – Christ also suffered when he died for our sins once for all time. He never sinned, but he died for sinners that he might bring us safely home to God. He suffered physical death but he was raised to life in the Spirit.
Be Sorry – You must be sorry for your sin and stop doing it.
Acts 3:19 – Now change your mind and attitude to God and turn to him so he can cleanse away your sins and send you wonderful times of refreshment from the presence of the Lord.
Ask—You must ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins and to be your forever friend.
I John 5:13-14 – I have written this to you who believe in the Son of God so that you may know you have eternal life. And we are sure of this, that he will listen to us whenever we ask him for anything in line with his will.
What to pray: Dear God. Thank you for loving me. I believe that Jesus died for me on the cross. I am sorry for my sins. I ask you to give me a new life and make me a part of God’s family. Please help me to love and obey you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
